PPP observed ZAB’s 37th death Anniversary

M. M. ALAM

KARACHI: When Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged thirty-seven years ago this scribe was in Lahore. It was observed that many Punjabis were happy to hear the news.

Bilawal (Bhutto) Zardari (while talking to ‘bhookay nangay’ gathered there to listen to their gazillionnaire hereditary ‘leader’) held that Nawaz Government has not served the people. Well-timed Panama leaks also came to his rescue though it also named his ‘shaheed’ mom.

The truth is that PPP is no lesser corrupt than any other party. Nor its leaders any lesser greedy than any civil and military bureaucrats of Pakistan.

The bhookay nangay awam were asked by Aitzaz Ahsan to chant Go Nawaz Go. So what? Come Mr. ten percent turned 100% or Bilawal and continue the plundering along with phupeez and cronies?

Bilawal Sahib just go behind the Mazar of your mom and you will find the poor of the poorest over there. Right in Larkana that should have been converted into Paris by now.

Although there is no chance but if an honest leadership of the caliber of Ataturk or Mandela emerges in this country it can be transformed in less than a decade the way Turkey took a quantum leap.
