PPP-P’s CEC has endorsed PDM’s Action Plan: Bilawal

KARACHI: The PPP-P’s Central Executive Committee (CEC – consisting of the party’s top brass) has announced here today that they supported the decision to collect resignations of all lawmakers by 31st of Dec in order to pressurize incumbent PTI-led government.

CEC meeting, that was chaired by PPP-P Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, discussed a number of issues including resignation of all MPAs/Senators ensemble on PDM’s call.

Announcing the CEC decisions at a Presser held here at the Media Center of Bilawal House today (28th of Dec), he said: “We have set the December 31 deadline for…to resign or else we will force you to go home.”

PPP-P’s CEC has also endorsed the 31st day of January, 2021 deadline given by the PDM to the premier to quit. Bilawal Bhutto noted that in order to defeat the ruling coalition, opposition parties should participate in Senate elections ensemble: “We believe that the opposition parties can perform better if they jointly contest the Senate elections against the PTI.”

Bilawal Bhutto further stated: “The 2018 elections were not elections but selections, and the main cause of all the problems faced by the people of Pakistan is the interference of the establishment in politics due to which this government came into power…The day the establishment stops supporting it, this government will fall.”
