DUBAI: The second edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL 2) is about to begin in couple of hours in Dubai with many international players set to begin their superb innings in the Pakistan-made cricket league.
The inauguration ceremony of the cricket competition kicks off at 7.30 PST this evening and it’s going to be a happening night where we will be seeing world-class players giving their best to win the trophy for their teams.
The launch of second edition of the PSL, hosted by Pakistani heartthrob Fahad Mustafa, will feature several exciting musical acts and a slew of celebrity appearances.

Meanwhile, internationally renowned stars Shaggy, Ali Zafar, Shehzad Roy and Fahad Mustafa have vowed to deliver a memorable spectacular at the opening ceremony.
On the first day, defending champions Islamabad United will clash with Peshawar Zalmi at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Islamabad United, led under captaincy of veteran Pakistan skipper Misbahul Haq as their inspirational leader, face a Peshawar side that now has the talismanic Darren Sammy as the captain in place of flamboyant all-rounder Shahid Afridi.
Speaking moments before the inaugural show, PSL Executive Head Najam Sethi promised a breath taking ceremony to launch the second edition of the league.
“I want to retain an element of surprise before the opening ceremony, it should be an enthralling evening, I also welcome and thank the stars especially Shaggy who has flown down to Dubai for the event, Ali Zafar, Shehzad Roy and Fahad Mustafa will all be making a big contribution as we endeavour to deliver an enthralling success,” Sethi said.
