PTI govt striving hard to eliminate corruption, pave way for prosperity and development: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan, while addressing ceremony to mark 23rd Foundation Day of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), said that his government was striving hard to eliminate corruption and poverty from the country.

“We [PTI] has always worked day and night to bring prosperity to Pakistan. We want the world to acknowledge the efforts made by Pakistan in eliminating corruption and bringing the corrupts to their logical end,” Khan said in his address today.

PM said that Pakistan was under the debts upto 30 thousand dollars when PTI formed the government.

“Both [PML-N and PPP] ruined the country. They ruined the economy. They looted Pakistan and its people,” he said.

He further said that opposition wanted to see us [PTI government] being failed. However, they are now making noises of non-reconciliation order (NRO) against us.
