PTI President Pervaiz Elahi nabbed by ACE

LAHORE: President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, has been nabbed by Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) escorted by Police from his house (Zahoor Palace) here on Thursday (1st of June, 2023), after cancellation of bail.

It is pertinent to mention here that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, is booked in in the Rs70 million corruption case related to the embezzlement of development funds allocated for the Gujrat district.

According to sources Pervaiz was attempting to hoodwink the ACE and Police personnel but was nabbed while trying to bolt from his house.
