MOSCOW: Ukrainian city Sievierodonetsk fell to Russia that is being reckoned by savants as the biggest setback for over a month. 

It is pertinent to mention here that the fall of Sievierodonetsk which used to harbor a hundred thousand citoyens has now been transformed into a wasteland following weeks of war’s bloodiest fighting.

Nevertheless, Ukraine – instead of accepting its defeat – termed it a tactical withdrawal.
