MOSCOW: Lt. Gen. Fanil Sarvarov, who ran the armed forces operational training department here, lost his life when an explosive device, placed under a car’s chassis exploded Monday (22nd Dec, 2025) morning.
Savants believe that the Ukrainian special services carried out the assassination.
It may be recalled that Lt. General Yaroslav Moskalik of Russian Armed Forces lost his life when an IED planted on a Volkswagen Golf exploded in Balashikha in the suburbs of Moscow on 25th April, 2025.
.According to details when Yaroslav Moskalik (deputy head of the main operational directorate of the military’s General Staff), who lived in the area, was walking near Volkswagen Golf (not registered to him), the IED was detonated remotely.
Sources have revealed that the explosion had claimed life of a second person too. So far no militant outfit has claimed responsibility, yet savants at the helm of affairs insinuate that the modus operandi indicates towards Ukraine.
