KARACHI: According to non-official results received from all the 92 polling stations PPPP’s nominee Saeed Ghani has emerged as the winner in the by-polls held here for PS114 getting 23840 votes.

Runner up MQM’s Kamran Tessori managed to muster-up 18106 votes.
