KARACHI: Two unidentified motorcyclists followed Sindh Bar Council (SBC) Secretary Irfan Ali Mehr’s car and after stopping him one of them shot him dead in the the Block-13 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar area here  on Wednesday (1st of December, 2021).

The advocate succumbed to his injuries when he was being taken to a nearby medical facility. Condemning the murder SBC is boycotting today’s court proceedings. Lawyers demanded arrest of the killers of their confrere.

CCTV camera footage shows that both the motorcyclists were wearing helmets. The killer shot several fires at the 45-year-old victim before bolting from the scene of crime which was not totally isolated.
