ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Asif Saeed Khosa is hearing cases here today through the application of latest video link connectivity.
Utilizing the system, lawyers presented their arguments from the Karachi registry through a video link. In the early stages, the e-court system will be available in apex court’s Islamabad and Karachi registry.
CJ, in his remarks on the occasion, maintained that the E-court system was an important step saying towards ensuring inexpensive and speedy justice to the people. CJ also lauded the efforts of NADRA for developing E-Court System.
