KURRAM DISTRICT: During an IBO conducted here on Thursday (15th August, 2024) security forces neutralised seven and injured five khwarjis.
Security forces destroyed the terrorists’ hideouts and recovered a sizeable cache of weapons, ammunition and explosives.
According to ISPR the slain khwarjis were involved in terrorist activities against the security forces as well as civilians.
A sanitation operation was carried out to neutralise any other khwarji lurking in the area.
