Siberian mall fire: Putin blames criminal negligence!

MOSCOW: He, who visited the scene of fire in Kemerovo’s shopping mall that annihilated 64 lives of children, their parents and teachers, while commenting on inferno held: “We are talking about demographics but are losing so many people. Because of what? Because of some criminal negligence, slovenliness”!

Reuters correspondent in Moscow has taken to tweeter to report about enormous crowd in Kemerovo outside government buildings as He visits. Chants of resign and huge amount of pain and emotion:
