ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Minister for Industries and Commerce Muhammad Khan alias Toor Utmankhail has said that all possible steps are being taken for the development of less developed areas of the province.
Muhammad Khan while talking to Radio Pakistan said that the government will work with holistic strategy to provide basic facilities to the people of remote areas as it is their right to have access to education, health, infrastructure and clean drinking water.
Minister said over eight hundred million rupees have been spent by the provincial government on the construction of sewerage system and installation of several water supply schemes in Loralai city.
PTI government will ensure that the people of less developed areas get access to these facilities, he added.
He further said the government was desirous of bringing all less developed areas at par with the developed ones.
He assured that all pending schemes would be completed within due course of time for which funds have been released by the provincial government.
He also urged media to give more coverage to Balochistan and highlight the problems of its people.
