IS claims responsibility of suicide bomb attack/firing on Quetta church that killed ten, injured 57

QUETTA: A  tragedy of colossal nature was evaded today when police effectively stopped four suicide bombers outside Bethel Memorial Methodist Church harboring a congregation of some 400 here on Zarghoon Road.

According to details four suicide bombers attempted to enter the church but vigilant policemen prevented them from going inside as a result an encounter took place. One of the bombers was shot dead while another blew himself up.

Ten people (including three women) were killed and 57 injured (ten critically) as a result of firing and explosions. Police has declared the Church clear after neutralizing the bombers.

Two terrorists were reportedly seen bolting  the scene of crime with police in hot pursuit. IS has claimed responsibility of the attack holding two plungers from the group had attacked the church.
