Supreme Court lets Barhia Town operate

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court, while accepting its Rs. 460 billion offer, has allowed Bahria Town Karachi to operate, sell plots while NAB will have to seek permission before filing any reference against it. 

According to the court order, Bahria Town will pay a down payment of Rs. 25 billion by 27th  by August 2019 and the remaining amount on monthly installments of Rs. 2.5 billion for the next three years.
