Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill, 2023 passed by Senate

ISLAMABAD: Senate has passed the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill, 2023, that was moved by Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, on Thursday (30th of March, 2023) .

Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill proposes constitution of the benches and allocation of cases by a committee comprising Chief Justice and two senior most judges.

Under the bill the right of appeal has also been granted.
