Taliban do not intend to honor the peace treaty

WASHINGTON: A number of US officials while talking to Media have insinuated that Taliban do not intend to honor the Doha Agreement.

It may be noted that Taliban had recently insinuated that  they were the real rulers of Afghanistan. US President Donald Trump too expressed fears that Taliban could overrun the Afghan government after withdrawal of  US troops.

Intelligence assessments that White House has received since signing of the Peace Deal in Doha on 29th of February clearly indicates that Taliban will not go for peace until their thousands of workers were released and they were given the Afghan government.
