Telephonic contact between Indo-Pak Indus Waters Commissioners established!

ISLAMABAD: The Indus Waters Commissioners of India and Pakistan established telephonic contact today. During which the Indian Commissioner provided details of the volume of water released by India.

NDMA Spokesman Brigadier Mukhtar Ahmed informed NPTV that the water level at Ganda Singh Wala village in Kasur District was around sixteen to seventeen feet and 24,000 cusecs of water was entering at Ganda Singh Wala. He further told that all federal and provincial bodies, including forces, were ready to cope with any untoward situation.
