The man who lived in CDG Airport for 18 years died

PARIS: Iran-born 76-year-old refugee Mehran Karimi Nasseri, who lived in Charles de Gaulle Airport for 18 years, died of heart attack on Saturday (12th of November, 2022).

Inspired by his unique life, Steven Spielberg produced a movie back in 2004 titled Le (the) Terminal starring Tom Hanks.

Mehran Karimi Nasseri, lived in the departure lounge of Charles de Gaulle Airport from 1988 till July 2006 as he did not have the residency papers.

He recently returned to the terminal of CDG Airport to live but died due to heart failure.
