OKARA: Deputy Amir of TLP, Zaheer-ul-Hasan, who had announced an award of one crore rupees for anyone who brings the head of Justice Faez Isa, has been nabbed on Monday (29th July, 2024) from here and taken to an undisclosed place.
QILA GUJJAR SINGH: An FIR has been registered on Sunday (28th July, 2024) at PS here against Zaheer-ul-Hasan for issuing death threats to CJP. According to the FIR (that also included 1500 TLP workers) he incited hatred against judiciary during a protest outside Lahore Press Club and announced a reward of one crore rupees for killing the CJP and bringing his head to him.

It is pertinent to mention here that the 27-page ruling of the court had overturned the conviction of Mubarak Sani, who was accused of an offence under the Punjab Holy Quran Act enforced in 2021.
