ISLAMABAD: IHC on Friday (17th of March, 2023) has suspended the non-bailable warrant issued by a Sessions Court against PTI Chairman Imran Khan in Toshakhana Case and stopped Police from arresting him till Saturday (18th of March, 2023).

Imran Khan will appear before Sessions Court here on Saturday 18th of March, 2022.

Meanwhile, LHC has instructed him to appear before it during court hours (before 5.30PM) and ordered production of details of the Toshakhana Case today (17th of March, 2023).

According to sources Imran Khan has left his Zaman Town residence at 4.15 PM in order to appear before LHC.
