WASHINGTON: Following the Trumpian threat of 50% tariff, commencing from 1st August, 2025, Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said that Trump was not elected to be the emperor of the world.
Asserting that Brazil would not accept anything imposed on it, he said that his country would retaliate. And a 50% Brazilian tariff on American commodities would harm the concerned industries in USA.
