Two-day goalkeeping development plan by Pakistan Hockey Federation held in Karachi




KARACHI: Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) held a two-day goalkeeping development plan (Sindh) 2016 at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium here on November 28 and 29 where the best goalkeepers from different cities of the province took part.

According to NewsPakistan.tv correspondent, members of the selection committee of PHF, Olympian Mansoor Ahmed and Ahmed Alam conducted trials to check the skills and techniques of the participants.

Later, the committee selected eleven goalkeepers and advised them to report at PHF camp tomorrow (Wednesday,  November 30) evening at 4p.m with all the required paraphernalia.

Here’s the list of the participants who were shortlisted:

  7. Khursheed Ahmed Mahar (Sukkur)
  8. Sheikh Essa (Karachi)
  9. Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah (Karachi)
  10. Mohammad Usman (Karachi)
  11. Mohammad Arsal Aijaz (Karachi)
