Two hardcore terrorists involved in APS attack executed: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Two militants involved in 2014 Army Public School attack were hanged on Wednesday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.

The terrorists had been tried by military courts and had confessed to their crimes before a magistrate and trial court, the military’s media wing said in a statement.

“The militants were convicted for their involvement in acts of terrorism, including killing innocent civilians, attacks on law enforcement agencies and armed forces,” said the communiqué.

The suspects were identifies as Atta Ullah s/o Muhammad Sultan and Taj Muhammad s/o Altaf Khan, both active members of the proscribed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
