Urdu University and PN Awareness Campaign

KARACHI: Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) in collaboration with Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center here jointly held an event to inform students about the procedure to apply for various jobs in PN.

Representatives of Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center, specially encouraged the female students to join Pakistan Navy and told that there were opportunities for women to advance in Pakistan Navy and the selection is based on merit only.

In response to the student’s question, Lt. Faiza said that during her training with the Pakistan Navy, she got to learn many things which as a girl would hardly have had the opportunity to learn anywhere else.

The students were informed about the jobs in a detailed manner to apply for.

Lt. Tassawar shed light on the role of Pakistan Navy and told how the Navy personnel served the people.

Assistant Professor, FUUAST Dr. Sadia Khalil thanked the guests and appreciated the initiative of Pakistan Navy.
