PSI It may be recalled that not very long ago the (then) US Ambassador David Hale and the (then) Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah had inaugurated the Lincoln Corner at the Port City’s Liaquat Memorial Library. That has been serving as the flagship Lincoln Corner in Pakistan. Speaking on the occasion Ambassador Hale stated: “Lincoln Corners are places where Pakistanis can connect with and learn about American culture and values, access information, and enjoy contemporary English-language books. We make these investments because we firmly believe that investing in education strengthens our relationship, builds friendship between our peoples, and fosters stability, prosperity, and opportunity”.
