Murderer awarded death sentence in Sargodha

SARGODHA: Additional District and Session Judge Muhammad Ashfaq Gujjar awarded death sentence to a convict of a murder case at Saddar police station.

Court sources Saturday said Muhammad Imran resident of Jauhrabad along with four accomplices including Naqeeb Iqbal, Mushtaq, Ramzan and Saddar Din, had killed Muhammad Mumtaz over a enmity on June 9, 2016.

The court has awarded death sentence to Muhammad Imran with a fine of Rs 4,00,000.

However, the court acquitted all the four co-accused.
