BRITISH COLUMBIA (CANADA): A female shooter killed 9 people, injured 25 others, at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School and a nearby home before committing suicide here on Tuesday (10th Feb, 2025).
According to Royal Canadian Mounted Police, one severely injured person succumbed to wounds on the way to a medical facility, 7 bodies (including that of the shooter) were found inside the school, two more corpses were recovered from a nearby house.
Police further told that two victims were hospitalised with serious bullet wounds, whereas, 25 others were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Due to strict gun laws Mass shootings used to be viewed by Canadians as something that happen elsewhere. but the ogre struck at home on Tuesday.
