Sartaj Aziz says Pakistan will not send troops to Saudi Arabia

 

 

ISLAMABAD: While briefing the lawmakers here to National Assembly Foreign Affairs Committee at the Parliament House, PM’s foreign affairs adviser Sartaj Aziz asserted that Pak troops will not be sent to Saudia.

While speaking about the nature of assistance that will be offered by Pakistan to Saudia-led 34-state Islamic military alliance Sartaj Aziz said that terrorism would be combated by means of intelligence sharing.

He told the committee that Pakistan was playing its due role to neutralize Saudi-Iran rift. He further said Pakistan wished peaceful resolution of Syrian disagreement.
