Ingredients:
1 kg Mutton chops
2 tbsps Ginger-Garlic paste
2 tbsps Red Chili powder
2 tbsps Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
4 cups Water
For Coating:
½ cup Rice (soaked and grind)
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Method:
Take a pan and add water, chops, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder in it. Cook the meat on medium flame till tenderized. Let it cool.
Make a thick paste of grind rice and add salt, pepper and ginger-garlic paste in it. Mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan. Coat the chops in the paste completely and then fry those on medium flame.
When it turns golden and brown, switch off the stove. Serve with ketchup.
