LAHORE: An ATC Thursday (11th July, 2024) here has dismissed IK’s bails in 9 May (2023) riot cases.
ATC Judge Khalid Arshad, who has issued a four-page written verdict, maintains towards the end of the judgment: “In view of above discussion when the reasonable grounds exist to connect the petitioner with alleged offences…
” which do fall within the ambit of prohibitory clause thus Instant Pre-Arrest Bail of petitioner Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi has no merits and is hereby dismissed while withdrawing his already granted Interim Bail.”
