Bears growl all over the bourse as Panamagate and Pre-budget doubts unnerve investors!

KARACHI: On the first day of trading KSE-100 lost 0.95 percent as due to Panamagate and pre-budget doubts investors were tense.

Rs. 8.18 billion worth of 154.16 million shares were traded today. Of the 361 companies that traded 14 remained unchanged, only 68 advanced while the remaining declined.

Today’s top five leaders were: TRG Pakistan 16.26m shares (+0.82pc), Aisha Steel Mill 6.93m shares (-2.29pc), Engro Polymer 6.89m shares (+1.64pc), K-Electric Ltd. 6.21m shares traded (-1.38pc), Bank of Punjab 6.13m shares (-4.07pc).
