Crackdown on motorcyclists sans helmet from 23rd Oct.

LAHORE: City Traffic Police Lahore will launch a crackdown on motorcyclists not using helmets from 23rd October.
CTO Lahore Capt (retd) Liaqat Ali Malik said that complete awareness would be provided in special lectures in colleges and universities and through social media in this regard.
He directed all officers like road safety unit, road safety officers and DSPs will educate the citizens about benefits of
use helmet.
Pamphlets of awareness would be distributed among citizens in chowks of the roads. The CTO said that free helmets were distributed during awareness campaign.  He asked citizens to use helmet for a safe journey.
