Election 2018: Polling continues peacefully in Muzaffargarh!

MUZAFFARGARH: Polling was ongoing peacefully in Muzaffargarh under tight security arrangements here today.
A number of voters turned up at the election camps of political parties outside the polling stations to use their right to vote.
The polling was ongoing for six seats of the national assembly and 12 of the provincial assembly in the district where polling process continued smoothly.
According to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Qaisar Saleem, total registered votes in the district were over two million. He said that 1710 polling stations have been set up out of which 210 have been declared sensitive where tight security arrangements have been made to avoid any untoward incident.
District Police Officer (DPO) Saleem Shahzad said one mobile vehicle was deputed for 10 polling stations, while army Jawans were also performing security duties.
