MANGAF (Kuwait): Forty-one workers lost their lives when fire engulfed a building harboring housing workers here.
The administration here lamented that despite repeated instructions, owners of residential buildings, in order to make as much money they can, allow a large number of workers sleep in their properties.
Since the landlords as well the workers give a damn to the precautionary measures, such accidents are bound to happen.
