Former PML-N’s city president killed in firing

ISLAMABAD: Some unidentified persons opened fire on Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) former city President Malik Khurram in Abbottabad city near Hawaliyan Kachehri area on Friday which killed him on the spot.

According to police, unknown attackers opened fire on him when he was on the way to Bazaar with his nephew, as a result he died on the spot.

Police further said, a heavy contingent of police reached the spot soon after the incident and shifted the dead body to nearby Hospital for autopsy.

Police sources said that a search has been launched to arrest the culprits behind the incident.
