LAHORE: Chinese Consul General Yu Boren called on Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said Chinese leadership and officials of Exim Bank have expressed their confidence in Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s leadership.

He said that the provision of funds by China for Orange Line metro Train is an important milestone.

The chief minister said that the Orange Line Metro Train project will provide modern and swift transportation facilities to the people.

He said that all the historical places will be protected.
