GAVDOS (GREECE): Four Pakistani illegal migrants died, while 47 rescued when their wooden boat capsized here on Sunday (15th Dec 2024).
According to MOFA the number of deceased or missing Pakistani illegal immigrants could not be confirmed at this point of time.
The 47 Pakistani illegal migrants, who were rescued by the Greek coastguards, have been taken to the Island of Crete. They were provided needed support by the members of diplomatic mission there.

According to eyewitnesses five illegal migrants lost their lives in the incidence that took place in the southern island of Gavdos, but the number could augment.
