Hot weather to continue in Karachi till Tuesday: Met office




ISLAMABAD:  According to Met office, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twenty-four hours.

In a fresh advisory issued on Sunday, Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted that hot weather will continue in the city till Tuesday evening.

 “Day temperatures are expected to gradually increase from 38°C to 40°C in Karachi for next two days – this will continue till Tuesday evening – and will start decreasing attaining the normal level from Tuesday late evening”, stated the advisory.

Heatwave Hot Weather

Hot and dry weather conditions are expected in Sindh, south Punjab, and south Balochistan.

“Very hot weather conditions are likely to continue over plain areas of Punjab, central and southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Sindh, Sibbi and Makran divisions. However, dust-thunderstorm/rain with strong gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Kashmir, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions and Islamabad,” it said.

Pakistan has been experiencing a warm temperature that seems to be rising as the harsh summer approaches.
