KARACHI: Iqra University, one the of the largest private sector universities of Pakistan, has launched its Bahria Town Campus here today.
The ceremony was attended by vice chancellors, dignitaries, leading personalities, international faculty, scholars, students, parents, Media personnel, and 200 PhD faculty members of Iqra University.
Iqra University’s Founding Chancellor, Hunaid Hussain Lakhani while speaking on the occasion informed that more than 500 students would be enrolled in the first academic year of the university commencing from February 2021. He emphasized the changing trends and transformation in education through an optimal blend of technology.
University’s Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Wasim Qazi stated that at the Bahria Campus money would not be a barrier: “Those deserving students, who are bright, committed to learning, and have the potential to lead communities and the country will be provided complete financial assistance and ample opportunities to study at Bahria Campus.”
A highly qualified and experienced International faculty from North America, UK, Europe, and Australia are part of the core faculty team to provide world-class education. The scenic Bahria Town campus also provides its international faculty and students with furnished residence.
In partnership with Pakistan’s corporate sector, Iqra University plans to ensure that its students get internship opportunities to prepare themselves for the professional life ahead.
