TEHRAN: Media here reported at 9.30 local time explosions in the capital, Isfahan, Qom, Karaj and Kermanshah on Saturday (28th Feb, 2026).
Pak Envoy has taken to the X to inform : “I wish to update members of our Pakistani community as well as their families that there is intermittent and serious communication disruption in Iran making it difficult to connect through social media platforms . The direct telephone lines, however , are partially working.”

Commenting on the state of affairs, French President Emmanuel Macron said: “The current escalation is dangerous for everyone. It must stop…At this crucial moment, all measures are being taken to ensure the security of our national territory, our citizens, and our assets in the Middle East,” added Macron, noting that France stands ready to deploy “the necessary resources to protect its closest partners, should they request it”.
