ISLAMABAD: SCP has instructed the ECP on Friday (22nd of Dec, 2023) to remove PTI’s grievances regarding non-provision of Level Playing Field to it during election campaign.
A three-member bench of SCP, headed by Acting CJP Sardar Tariq Masood and comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Athar Minallah, while disposing the plea, asked ECP to hold a meeting with the PTI’s lawyers on the very day to listen to their reservations.
Attorney General of Pakistan has been instructed by the bench to facilitate the rendezvous.
