Mubarak Sani Case: SCP expunges controversial paras

ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the SCP headed by CJP Justice Qazi Faez Isa Thursday (22nd August, 2024) has expunged controversial paragraphs from Mubarak Sani Case verdict on government’s plea.
