FAISALABAD: Various circles of society including political, religious, social, trade and business have congratulated Imran Khan on his election as the prime minister of Pakistan.
They hoped that he would play his role in steering the country out of current crises. In a statement issued here Saturday, Shabbir Hussain Chawla, President Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI),
congratulated Imran Khan, provincial chief ministers, speakers, and parliamentarians and hoped that they would make joint and concerted efforts to steer Pakistan out of the decades-old economic crisis.

Najam, District President TQM Syed Hidayat Rasool Qadri, Secretary Information TQM Ghulam Muhammad Qadri and Vice President Anjuman Tajiran Supreme Council/President Food Board Faisalabad Haji Naeem Ahmad felicitated the prime minister and said that victory of Imran Khan as leader of the house showed the confidence of the house in democracy.
Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) demanded that the new government should put Pakistan on road to progress and prosperity by elimination corruption from the government and political structure.
In a statement issued here Saturday, FCCI President Shabbir Hussain Chawla said that Pakistan is facing multiple problems, and the new government of Imran Khan should focus on economic issues which would involve the major issues of people of Pakistan. He mentioned reforms in social sectors in addition to providing fundamental and basic facilities for health, education and clean drinking water to the masses.
