No dialogue between Pakistan and TTP: FO

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, during weekly news briefing held here on Thursday (31st October, 2024), has rejected the insinuations apropos talks between Pakistan and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).  

TTP: FO spokesperson, maintaining that such recommendations were an insult to those whose relatives had been killed by TTP, reiterated that Pakistan had no interest in talks with terror groups.

Afghanistan: Claiming that Pakistan had provided concrete proof to Afghan Govt. regarding presence of TTP militants in their territory, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said it was their responsibility to contain the menace.

India: Focusing on India, FO Spokesperson pointed out that Pakistan had globally exposed extra-territorial and extra-judicial activities of its eastern neighbour.

China: She said that the Pakistan Government was committed to provide hermetically sealed security of Chinese nationals who are contributing towards ameliorating the economy of Pakistan.
