ISLAMABAD: Bill Gates came to Pakistan for the second time to attend meeting of the National Task Force for Polio Eradication, alongwith officials of the BMGF here on Monday (24th June, 2024).

Bill Gates thanked the PM for his personal interest in eradicating wild polio from Pakistan. He expressed confidence that with a sustained vaccination campaign and firm commitment of the Government, polio eradication drive would get back on track to end polio.

PM Shehbaz Sharif, speaking on the occasion, reiterated his determination to make sure that the menace was completely eradicated from Pakistan.
