Stock moves towards green as the week commences!

KARACHI: After a gloomy first week of April, PSX commenced the week on a positive note.

Trading session closed at 47,943 with benchmark KSE-100 index gaining 53 points.

Rs. 5.6 billion worth of 49.1 million shares were traded. Stocks of 350 companies were traded: 125 gained, 19 remained unchanged and the remaining declined.  

Today’s top five leaders were: Azgard Nine 15.8m shares (+2.92pc); Dewan Cement: 10.7m shares (-0.45pc); TRG Pak Ltd 8.82m shares (+0.53pc); Pak Gen.Ins 7m shares (-4.97pc); Pak Elektron 6.96m shares (+2.22pc).
