LONDON: Deputy High Court Judge Richard Spearman, dismissing appeal of Youtuber Adil Raja to waive the earlier imposed fine of £10,000, ruled that he must also pay an additional £3,000.
It may be recalled that Adil Raja appealed to waive the fine on 16th of April, 2024, just a day before he was supposed to pay the money.
It is pertinent to mention here that Brigadier (R) Rashid Nasir went to the court when Youtuber Adil Raja published defamatory statements against him in X, Facebook and YouTube accounts.
