Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim turns 60 this Saturday

KARACHI: Before the Axact’s fake degree-selling operations was exposed by The New York Times, pet buzz here was that underground don Dawood Ibrahim was financing BOL – the so-called ‘biggest media house’ in the world.

In 2006 Pakistanis were amazed when cricketer Javed Miandad’s son Junaid got married to Don’s daughter Mahrukh Ibrahim.

Many friends of this reporter have confirmed meeting Dawood Ibrahim here in the Metropolis. They claimed of even offering namaz (tarawhee) during Ramadan with the Don.

Yet nobody is willing to acknowledge any social contact with ‘the World’s top 11th most dreaded criminal!’ State of Pakistan too has been vehemently denying presence of the accused of 1993 Mumbai bombings in Karachi.

Sources informed NewsPakistan.tv that the Don was planning a gala dinner on the occasion of his 60th birthday Saturday December 26th. Invitation cards have also been dispatched to some six hundred guests. Dubai probably would be the venue of this grand birthday bash.
