PANJGUR: Five workers tasked with maintenance of a dam construction site have been gunned down by unidentified militants here on Tuesday (29th October, 2024) morning.

The miscreants also set on fire the machinery. Five corpses and two injured were transported to a nearby medical facility where the staff told that the wounded were out of danger.

It may be recalled that on 28th September seven Punjabi labourers were shot dead and two were injured by BLA militants in Khabadadan area. Security forces, after intensive exchange of fire, have neutralized two militants during an IBO conducted here on the night of 5-6 April (2024).

Unidentified miscreants had thrown a grenade at Nadra office in the district of Kech on 6th of Feb. (2024) that exploded loudly. In the Surdu area of Panjgur house of National Party leader Abdul Qadeer Sajdi was attacked by means of an IED.
